  1. What is the difference between self-inking, pre-inked and classic stamps?

Self-inking stamps flip up, hit an ink pad and flip back down. They are good for 7,000+ impressions and can be re-inked. Pre-inked stamps have the ink molded right into the wording. Pre-inked stamps are good for 50,000+ impressions and can be re-inked. Classic stamps need a separate stamp pad.

  1. How do I place an order?

To order, kindly send us your details first before you add your chosen products to your cart and click the “check out” button.

  1. What mode of payments are available?

We accept BDO and BPI bank transfers (online and over-the-counter), Gcash to bank transfer, Gcash to gcash, Smart Padala and Palawan Express.

Note: For 7elven Kiosk Cash in to Gcash, kindly add 2% on top of total amount as there will be charge from 7eleven kiosk.

  1. Do you accept Cash On Delivery?

Yes, we do accept COD via Gogo express.

  1. Do you have a physical store?

Yes, but currently we only allow store pick up when items are ready.

  1. Where is your location?

We are located at General Trias, Cavite.

  1. What time is your store open?

We are open from 8am to 11pm, everyday from Monday to Sunday. Physical store open at 9am to 7pm, everyday from Monday to Sunday. We announce our operating hours on holidays.

  1. How long is the processing time?

3 days process on stamps.

  1. How long would it take for my order to arrive?

Metro Manila: 1 day

Provincial: 2 – 5 days

Shipping schedule cannot be guaranteed. Any delays caused by weather conditions, courier’s internal issues or other fortuitous events are beyond the control of Betchay Stamp.

Shipping time mentioned above is exclusive of processing time.

  1. What if I don’t receive my order within the supposed delivery date?

We have no control over any delays caused by the courier. On some occasions where the courier fails to ship your order on a specified delivery date, kindly contact us as well as the courier’s customer support. 

  1. What is your return & exchange policy?

To maintain the quality of our products, we do not allow returns or exchange. However, if you received a damaged or wrong item, we will replace it and shoulder any shipping costs that should incur. Please be advised that all products undergo quality checking before it will ship. Betchay Stamp will not be held liable for any damages on product cause by the courier.
